Customers are the 'Core' of Markraft's Mission

Sponsored Content provided by Markraft Cabinets - ,

These days, nearly every company has a mission statement – a concise explanation of purpose – that is supported by core values – a set of guiding principles aimed at achieving that purpose.

But without buy-in from the top down, a mission and values are nothing more than words on paper.

Actions speak much louder than words, and Markraft knows this. That’s why customers don’t have to read the mission statement and core values to know what drives every Markraft staff member every single day.

From the showroom to in-home service, and in each department in between, Markraft’s expert team aims to tackle each project, no matter how large or small, with pride, integrity, passion and determination – from the design phase all the way through to completion. And at every step, the goal is to grow lasting relationships with homeowners and industry professionals alike.

So, what matters most at Markraft?

Diligence & Balance

There’s a reason Markraft has been a leader in the cabinet and countertop service industry for three decades – its top-notch employees. And, of course, attracting and retaining the best of the best means creating a supportive and cooperative work environment.

Markraft makes a promise to deliver exceptional products and undeniable value each and every time, and that kind of promise means going above and beyond whenever required.

But Markraft also understands the importance of work-life balance for its staff. That’s important, because when employees come to work happy and enthused, the customer ultimately benefits.

Loving where you work, as designer Kevin Briggs knows, can make it feel a bit like coming home.

“I have found my niche,” he said of Markraft. “The people are great here.”

Equality & Accountability

Whether you have a guest bathroom you want to upgrade, or you need to create a brand-new kitchen with custom cabinets, Markraft is happy to meet you and see your project through to completion.

Small projects are treated equally as important as big ones by schedulers, designers and service staff alike.
Designer Rachel Jindra, for instance, takes the time to really listen to clients, spending whatever time it takes on the front end to discover what her customers like – and often what they don’t like – and using Markraft’s 3-D design software to show them how their vision will come together.

And she loves every minute of it.

“The people really make it worth it,” Rachel said. “When you see how happy they are at the end of all of it, you think, ‘I would totally like to do that again.’”

That kind of one-on-one attention resonates with homeowners and industry professionals alike… because everyone likes to feel like a priority. And, perhaps more importantly, it means Markraft is committed to getting every project done correctly and to every customer’s satisfaction.

“I am so satisfied and blessed with the service, the product and the installation,” said one happy customer. “From start to finish we were treated with respect and kindness. It was a joy to work with Markraft and I will easily refer others.”

Simply put, the “core” in all Markraft’s core values is you.
